After following these tips you can improve your immunity.
-Eat a healthy diet (plant-based foods like vegetables, fruits, herbs, and spices)
-Keep stress under control (workout on your hobbies or meditation)
-Get plenty of good quality sleep
-Exercise regularly (outdoors, if possible)
-Limit your alcohol consumption, if you are taking
-Don’t smoke cigarettes
-If you have chronic conditions like asthma, heart disease, or diabetes, then you should keep symptoms under control.
You can add chyawanprash, amla murabba, golden milk (1/4 tablespoon of haldi+pinch of black pepper, ginger+ cinnamon kadha at bedtime, gargles 4 times a day.
You can eat broccoli, blueberries, dark chocolate, turmeric, ginger, spinach, sweet potatoes, etc. on a regular basis. Diet rich in vitamin C and omega 3.
